Dave Turnquist is the Owner/Broker of San Jac Real Estate. He received his Texas Real Estate License in 1999 and has since served the communities of La Porte, Deer Park, Pasadena, Baytown, League City, Seabrook, Kemah, Webster, Friendswood, Pearland, Dickinson and Houston.
A 1985 Graduate of the University of Houston, Dave has proven to be a leader and innovator in the real estate community. He is a certified e-PRO Realtor and teaches real estate classes at San Jacinto College as well.

Houstonian, proud Texan.
I’m a graduate of Clear Brook High School as well as the
University of Houston.
I earned my degree in anthropology from UH and was lucky to get the
opportunity to teach there as well.
I’m a devout fan of the Rockets, Astros, Texans, and of course
the University of Houston Cougars.
I have been in the service industry in the Clear Lake area for over
sixteen years meeting new people and building relationships.
I’m a REALTOR® who loves everything about homes from finding the
perfect house, to giving it that special touch.
